Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic, long-range, or S&OP planning across workforce, resource, operations, or supply chain domains.
• Demonstrated scenario-modeling and forecasting experience.
• Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the long-range S&OP horizon beyond 12–18 months for people, equipment, materials, and trade partners.
• Translates long-term demand into forward capacity plans across domains.
• Identifies long-term risks, gaps, and constraints and reconciles forecasted demand with capacity.
• Develops scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to test assumptions and options.
• Works with People & Talent Strategy, Supply Chain, Fleet, and construction operations to close gaps and mitigate risks.
• Collaborates with Commercial Operations to understand future demand, pipeline, timing, geography, and project mix.
• Builds analyses, models, and dashboards making the long-range resource picture visible for leadership.
