Blattner Company is seeking a senior, lead-level resource planner to own the long-range Sales & Operations Planning horizon beyond 12-18 months, across people, equipment, materials, and trade partners.
You will partner with People & Talent Strategy, Supply Chain, Fleet and construction operations, translate demand into capacity, develop scenario analyses, and build dashboards to make the long-range resource picture visible for planning and leadership.
A lead-level individual contributor responsible for Blattner's long-range resource planning - the Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) horizon beyond 12-18 months - across people, equipment, materials, and trade partners. The role extends the planning view past the operational window to identify the risks and gaps that will shape Blattner's ability to resource its future portfolio, and turns them into actionable, prioritized insight. Working across the resource-owning departments - People & Talent Strategy, Supply Chain, Fleet, and construction operations - and closely with Commercial Operations to understand future demand, the Strategic Resource Planner puts action plans in place that close gaps before they become constraints. Planning informs and recommends; the resource owners and construction leaders own the decisions and their execution.
Owns the long-range Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) horizon - beyond 12-18 months - for people, equipment, materials, and trade partners, extending Blattner's planning view past the operational window. Translates the long-term operational and sales pipeline into a forward view of resource demand and required capacity across all four resource domains. Identifies long-term risks, gaps, and constraints across people, equipment, materials, and trade partners by reconciling forecasted demand against expected capacity and capability. Develops scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to pressure-test long-range assumptions and evaluate risk-mitigating options before commitments are made. Works with the resource-owning departments - People & Talent Strategy, Supply Chain, Fleet, and construction operations - to put action plans in place that close identified gaps and mitigate risks. Works closely with Commercial Operations to understand future demand in depth - pipeline, probability, timing, geography, and project mix. Builds the analyses, models, and dashboards that make the long-range resource picture visible and actionable for planning and leadership audiences.
