Blattner Company is seeking a Strategic Resource Planner to own the long-range Sales & Operations Planning horizon beyond 12-18 months, spanning people, equipment, materials, and trade partners. You will translate forecasts into a forward capacity view and identify long-term risks and constraints.

You will develop scenario analyses and collaborate with People & Talent Strategy, Supply Chain, Fleet, and operations to close gaps before they constrain projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree or planning certification preferred.
• 8+ years in strategic, long-range, or SOP planning across workforce, resource, operations, or supply chain domains with forecasting experience.
• Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the long-range SOP horizon beyond 12-18 months for people, equipment, materials, and trade partners.
• Translates long-term operational and sales pipeline into a forward view of resource demand and capacity across domains.
• Develops scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to pressure-test long-range assumptions and evaluate risk-mitigating options.
• Works with multiple departments to close gaps and mitigate risks and builds analyses and dashboards for leadership.
