Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead and continue the development and integration of automated distribution center technology platforms. You will support Warehouse Execution Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, and AutoStore automation across the CVS distribution center network, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and third-party vendors to deliver highly available solutions.

The role requires strong technical leadership, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, automation platforms, or logistics technology environments.
5+ years experience with Warehouse Management, Warehouse Execution, or Warehouse Control Systems.
Experience supporting high-availability production systems in a 24x7 operational environment.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale software implementations and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier III support for mission-critical Supply Chain systems operating in a 24x7 fulfillment environments.
Lead root cause analysis for production incidents involving automation, controls, integrations, or warehouse execution functions.
Analyze application logs, database activity, message queues, interface traffic, PLC communication, and vendor diagnostics.
Execute disaster recovery, rollback, and business continuity procedures as required.
