CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own architecture, development, integration, and continuous improvement of automated distribution center platforms across CVS Health’s network.

The role supports Warehouse Execution and Control Systems, AutoStore automation, and Ignition HMI, working with Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver highly available, scalable solutions for order fulfillment and inventory movement.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, automation platforms, or logistics technology environments.
5+ years experience with Warehouse Management, Warehouse Execution, or Warehouse Control Systems.
Experience supporting high-availability production systems in a 24x7 operational environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience).

Responsibilities

Provide Tier III support for mission-critical Supply Chain systems operating in 24x7 fulfillment environments.
Lead root cause analysis for production incidents involving automation, controls, integrations, or warehouse execution functions.
Analyze application logs, database activity, message queues, interface traffic, and PLC communications to diagnose issues.
Lead medium to large-scale projects supporting Distribution Center modernization initiatives.
Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and testing strategies.
Coordinate activities across vendors, operations teams, infrastructure teams, and project management organizations.
