Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to advance automation across its distribution center network. You’ll lead architecture, integration, and continuous improvement of WES, WCS, AutoStore, and Ignition platforms, partnering with operations, engineering, and vendors to keep systems highly available and scalable.
The role emphasizes technical leadership, incident response, and delivering large-scale modernization projects from concept through deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting enterprise applications or logistics tech.
- 5+ years experience with Warehouse Management, Warehouse Execution, or WCS.
- Experience supporting high-availability 24x7 production systems.
- Proven success delivering large-scale software implementations and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier III support for mission-critical supply chain systems in 24x7 environments.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents involving automation and integrations.
- Lead AutoStore platform expansions and collaborate with vendors and operations.
- Design infrastructure and redundancy improvements supporting future growth.
- Create deployment procedures, testing strategies, and project coordination.
