Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to architect, develop, integrate, and support automated distribution center technologies across its CVS network, including WES, WCS, and AutoStore automation.

You will partner with Distribution Center Operations, Supply Chain Technology Services, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and vendors to deliver highly available solutions enabling order fulfillment, inventory movement, and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, automation platforms, or logistics technology environments.
5+ years experience with Warehouse Management, Warehouse Execution, or Warehouse Control Systems.
Experience supporting high-availability production systems in a 24x7 operational environment.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale software implementations and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier III support for mission-critical Supply Chain systems operating in 24x7 fulfillment environments.
Lead root cause analysis for production incidents involving automation, controls, integrations, or warehouse execution functions.
Analyze: Application logs, Database activity, Message queues, Interface traffic, PLC communication, Vendor support diagnostics.
Execute disaster recovery, rollback, and business continuity procedures.
