Job summary

International SOS in Baton Rouge is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead the Medical Services Center's supply, fleet and commercial maritime functions, ensuring efficient, compliant operations and profitable outcomes.

You will oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, inventory management, vendor selection, procurement, and deployable assets, while delivering regular KPI-driven reporting and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of related work experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
• Experience in overseeing Fleet Management.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the supply chain team, ensuring timely fulfilment of orders and deployable assets.
• Attend meetings with Operations & Sales to understand asset requirements and planning.
• Maintain and improve the department policies, standards, and procedures documentation.
• Document and address non-compliances identified in Audit Tools and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement end-to-end procedures for client estimates, client purchase orders, vendor POs, invoicing and supplier payments.
• Comply with standards and ensure pricing and supplier contracts meet KPI and billing requirements.
