Job summary

International SOS in Baton Rouge is seeking a senior Supply Chain leader to manage the Medical Services Center's supply chain, fleet management and commercial maritime support. You will oversee logistics, procurement, inventory, asset deployment and reporting to meet client service standards.

Role requires 5–7 years in end-to-end supply chain, English proficiency, and willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of related work experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
• Experience overseeing fleet management and deployments of assets (ambulances, rescue vehicles, medical kits).
• Strong English communication and ability to work with operations, sales and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the supply chain team for MedSite medications, consumables orders and deployable assets.
• Lead procurement, warehouse, inventory control and reporting for deployable assets and fleet.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and operations to meet client service standards and KPI targets.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and reporting to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
