Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a full-time Senior Logistics Specialist to support our Las Vegas, Nevada office. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with excellent communication skills, dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

This on-site position requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members, with high attention to detail and strong time management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, environmental consulting, office management, or admin assistance.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams/Zoom.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive trucks/4x4s.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel logistics for field crews and office staff, including itineraries and receipts.
• Reconcile invoices and process logistics billing for field projects.
• Coordinate asset management for vehicles and safety equipment; track inventory.
• Attend project coordination meetings and support scheduling with project managers.
• Assist as Office Safety Representative (OSR) and support safety initiatives.
• Provide front desk backup and general administrative support as needed.
• Drive SWCA-owned fleet vehicles as required.
