SWCA Environmental Consultants in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a full-time Senior Logistics Specialist to support our Las Vegas office. The role requires independent work and strong collaboration, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle travel logistics, invoicing, asset management, and office safety duties as needed, with occasional weekend work. This position is headquartered in the Las Vegas office and is not remote.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma (or GED equivalent).
• Experience in environmental consulting, office management, logistics, or administrative assistance preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Zoom/MS Teams.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive trucks and 4x4s.

Responsibilities

• Manages all travel logistics for field crews and office staff, including itineraries and receipts.
• Reconciles logistics invoices and maintains records for vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinates asset management for vehicles and safety equipment; supports inventory and GPS device management.
• Attends project coordination meetings and supports scheduling for field staff.
• May serve as Office Safety Representative (OSR) and assist with safety initiatives.
• Provides back-up for front desk and administrative team, and drives SWCA-owned vehicles as needed.
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
