Job summary

Walters & Wolf in Las Vegas seeks an organized Operations Planner / Logistics Coordinator to keep field and shop operations running smoothly. Coordinate deliveries, schedule equipment, track materials, and support project teams.

This role collaborates with project managers, superintendents, vendors, and suppliers to maintain schedules, inventory, and timely deliveries while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, construction coordination, or a related field.
• Construction experience preferred (commercial construction or glazing is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries to multiple job sites.
• Schedule trucks, equipment, and vendors.
• Track material orders and delivery status.
• Maintain inventory of office and shop supplies.
• Coordinate equipment rentals and returns.
• Assist with fleet vehicle tracking and scheduling.
• Support project managers and field superintendents with daily logistics.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets, schedules, and tracking reports.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries and schedules.
• Help resolve delivery, scheduling, and material issues quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with planning manpower and material needs for upcoming projects.
