Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Schedule and track domestic shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate shipment data within ERP systems
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare routine operational reports
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation processes, reduce freight costs, and enhance service levels
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments
• Support order fulfillment by ensuring shipping schedules and transportation requirements are met
• Assist with carrier performance monitoring, vendor relationship management, and service evaluations
