Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling, receiving, and inspection of goods
• Oversee outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and system updates
• Assign and monitor daily tasks for warehouse associates
• Track workflow efficiency and address bottlenecks in operations
• Communicate effectively with internal departments (logistics, customer service, purchasing)
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Identify, trouble‑shoot, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Support cross‑shift communication to ensure seamless handoffs
