Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in Specialty Pharmacy Operations (call center/customer service or fulfillment).
• At least 1 year in escalation resolution and de-escalation techniques.
• At least 6 months in Specialist Logistics role.

Responsibilities

• Communicates delivery issues with all relevant parties and takes action per SOPs.
• Coordinates package rescue, storage, and delivery with third party vendors.
• Reviews requests for re-shipments and escalates when necessary.
• Processes and tracks approved returns and ensures proper disposition of medications and insurance claims.
• Monitors weather alerts/restricted zip codes and advises leadership on restrictions.
