Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in Specialty Pharmacy Operations.
• At least 1 year in escalation resolution and de-escalation.
• At least 6 months in Specialist Logistics role.

Responsibilities

• Communicates delivery issues with all relevant parties following SOPs.
• Coordinates package rescues, storage, and delivery with third parties.
• Reviews requests for re-shipments and escalates as needed.
• Completes steps for approved reshipments.
• Processes and tracks approved product returns and insurance claims.
• Monitors weather/restricted zip codes and advises leadership on shipment restrictions.
