Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in supply chain or business role, or High School/GED with 4+ years in supply chain or business role.
• Experience analyzing, implementing, and operating a transportation management system (TMS).
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, formatting, charts).
• Experience building relationships across all organizational levels and vendors.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS Access).
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business (in-state and out-of-state).

Responsibilities

• Promotes a world class culture of safety.
• Participates in cross functional teams to meet objectives and improve processes.
• Performs daily routing and optimization using TMS and monitors dispatch operations.
• Ensures compliance with DOT and related regulations in collaboration with management and partners.
• Trains and guides staff; may schedule work and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Monitors fleet KPIs and supports end-to-end supply chain objectives.
