Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in distribution/warehouse/logistics/operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and operational reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and deployment of contracted services to meet/exceed SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal support groups for efficient service delivery.
• Oversee inbound receiving, kitting, order processing, inventory control and procurement activities.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure effective inventory management practices.
