Job summary

A E M Inc is seeking a Lead Service Associate in Dulles, VA to manage the delivery of contracted services, oversee daily warehouse activities, and lead a team to meet SLAs and KPIs. The role includes inventory control, staffing support, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The position requires 3+ years in distribution/warehouse operations, proficiency with WMS and RF scanning, and forklift certification is preferred or obtainable after hire. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in related field (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations).
• 3+ years in distribution/warehouse/logistics/operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and operational reporting preferred.
• Forklift or powered equipment certification preferred or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with facility supervisor and management.
• Lead by coordinating, reviewing, and training team members.
• Use WMS software for inbound, outbound, inventory control and reporting.
• Operate RF scanners for inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
