TQL in Memphis, TN is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a mid-to-large team of logistics sales representatives. You will drive revenue, coach and onboard new hires, and guide account strategies to boost profitability.

The role demands a 24/7 mindset, strong integrity, and the ability to travel as needed. Expect an aggressive comp package with base, bonus, and long-term incentives, plus relocation assistance, full benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales management experience; preferably leading a team of 10+
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Transportation or business services industry experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate others
• Ability to be on call 24/7/365
• Open to relocation throughout your career if needed
• Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer and direct report

Responsabilidades

• Driving revenue through coaching and developing new and existing sales reps
• Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training entry-level sales reps
• Assisting sales reps with account strategies to increase revenue
• Holding the team accountable for daily activity and results
• Ensuring employees maintain the highest level of integrity
• Coordinating the allocation of support staff to high-volume accounts
• Occasional travel to meet with prospects and customers
• Monitoring sales reports and communicating trends to senior leadership
• Collaborating with Learning and Development to enhance sales training
