Job summary

You will plan deliveries, supervise backhaul scheduling with vendors and drivers, assess third-party transportation, and ensure regulatory compliance. A 4-year degree and 5 years related experience are required; no licenses needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost effective routes for deliveries to stores.
• Assess backhauls to ensure integration with third party transportation.
• Plan projected deliveries.
• Supervise the scheduling of backhauls with vendors, drivers and receiving.
• Route deliveries using Cadec, Roadnet, TMS2000
• Select carriers for third party transportation needs.
• Complete and maintain documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with route development and coordination.
