Job summary

PS Logistics is seeking a Load Planner to schedule inbound trucks with available loads across the planning zone. You will work with Drivers Managers and Sales to maximize truck utilization and ensure accurate billing alongside delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualified candidates have a 4-year degree, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. 1–3 years in transportation or operations is a plus, and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited college or university (Preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and have strong interpersonal skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, operations, or safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and expanding customer base.
• Communicating ETAs with customers.
• Working with Driver's Managers to load every truck in the planning zone.
• Teaming with Sales Department to create and maintain customer base within your planning zone.
• Coordinating with all departments to ensure a great experience from tendering to billing.
