Job summary

The role also involves developing and delivering comprehensive training materials, supervising staff, and monitoring performance metrics to drive cost efficiency and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain; 9+ years if no degree.
• Proven logistics ops management and team supervision experience.
• Experience with logistics/warehouse environments and WMS.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel, including overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations and depot support for contracts.
• Allocate resources to fulfill contract requirements.
• Act as primary contact for customer logistics requests.
• Manage inventory, transportation and supply chain coordination.
• Develop and deliver customer training programs and materials.
• Supervise logistics staff and foster a productive team.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
