Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in hybrid office settings, and capability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain records, and assist with import/export requirements while complying with regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Basic knowledge of state, federal, and global regulations related to logistics.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and documentation of logistics materials, including spares, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate and track the shipping and routing of materials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals.
• Support the allocation and organization of storage facilities for logistics materials.
• Assist in the documentation and compliance with import/export requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
