Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable.
• Interview hourly associates and participate in hiring decisions.
• Supervise dispatch, loading/unloading, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training support and relief coverage when needed.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and overtime to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and site operating procedures.
