Job summary

Starface is seeking a Senior Logistics & Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our logistics and operations function. In this role, you'll report directly to our Director of Operations & Logistics.

You'll own key operational workstreams across outbound logistics, retailer fulfillment, and distribution center management, helping ensure products move efficiently from our third‑party warehouses to customers and retail partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within the CPG industry across ecommerce and/or brick-and-mortar retail.
• Hands-on experience working with 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations including inventory management and freight logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for distribution center partners, focusing on outbound logistics to retailers.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment across retail partners and channels.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure inventory and fulfillment cost procedural compliance.
• Travel to distribution centers for physical inventory counts approximately twice per year.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and routing guides; support continuous process improvements.
