• Annual Salary: $90,000-$100,000 based on experience
• Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm
• Transportation and Driver Management Experience preferred

The Senior Logistics Manager leads the Distribution Center and supervises staff responsible for warehousing and transportation solutions, maintaining high-level customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers to resolve issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction
• Plan and execute operational strategies
• Implement continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives
• Manage hiring, development, and performance of staff
• Maintain effective communication within teams
• Manage profit and loss statements as applicable
• Lead safety programs and ensure equipment maintenance
