** Virtual role - must be based on the East Coast **

Our Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

  • Performing consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and develop sourcing strategies to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Proactively identifying service delivery issues and providing appropriate and timely solutions.
  • Acting as a liaison with suppliers to resolve daily operational issues, escalating as appropriate.
  • Working closely with the Operations Director to manage day-to-day activities with the TSCC team.
  • Representing Kelly on local and global projects (e.g., Supplier Summits, Client Facing Projects, Team/Supplier/Hiring Manager Trainings, MRAs, etc.).
  • Ensuring all program SLAs (service level agreements) are met.
  • Having 3-5 years of recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management experience, or staffing experience.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of vendor management tools (Fieldglass preferred).
  • Demonstrating the ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Managing suppliers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Having strong presentation skills—both preparing decks and presenting internally, identifying trends/data stories, and suggesting solutions or process improvements.
  • Being technology savvy, with experience in Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

Position is virtual - must be located on the East Coast and open to travel as needed.

Total compensation package and benefits are commensurate with the position.
