We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Manager to support the NCR-IADS program within the USAF Digital Directorate, located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities
- Identify specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program; and correlate those requirements with program plans to ensure timely and appropriate support.
- Collaborate with material support managers and product support managers to maintain comprehensive support plans, including coordination with sister services and coalition partners.
- Participate in developing maintenance and lifecycle logistics plans to facilitate product transition to air logistics centers.
- Develop and execute logistics and sustainment plans.
- Identify and help mitigate sustainment issues, especially on CDA.
- Coordinate efforts of functional specialists to identify requirements and develop plans and schedules to meet them on time.
- Perform clerical, administrative, and office operations support.
- Provide logistics analysis for key metrics like supply, reliability, and maintainability, and present findings in reviews.
- Assist in planning, evaluating, and implementing acquisition and sustainment strategies per DoD 5000.2 guidance.
- Develop program management documentation for all acquisition and sustainment phases.
- Create briefings for acquisition milestones and sustainment planning.
- Develop Business Case Analyses, Trade Studies, and other acquisition documents and briefings as required.
- Provide logistics inputs to RFPs, including system specifications, SOWs, and CDRLs.
- Assist in developing program estimates, financial reports, and related analyses.
- Create logistics planning documents like LCSPs, deployment plans, ILSPs, and support plans, employing state-of-the-art data analysis tools.
- Support system technical trade studies and integration efforts, including aircraft integration if applicable.
- Provide independent analysis of system readiness and risk management.
- Support T&E strategies, including test team charters and TEMP development.
- Assist in developing and updating requirements documentation like ICDs, CDDs, and CPDs, including risk assessments.
- Employ CBA data visualization tools for gap analysis and requirements tracking.
- Support development of NR-KPP, ISP, IASP, PPP, and architecture views per DoD frameworks.
- Assist in developing initial planning products, reports, and briefings on system status and future capabilities.
- Support source selection tasks, including evaluation criteria development and documentation.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 12 years of related experience, including 5 in the DoD.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DoD systems acquisition principles, policies, and practices as outlined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75.
