Senior Logistics Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Manager to support the NCR-IADS program within the USAF Digital Directorate, located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities

1. Identify specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program; and correlate those requirements with program plans to ensure timely and appropriate support.
2. Collaborate with material support managers and product support managers to maintain comprehensive support plans, including coordination with sister services and coalition partners.
3. Participate in developing maintenance and lifecycle logistics plans to facilitate product transition to air logistics centers.
4. Develop and execute logistics and sustainment plans.
5. Identify and help mitigate sustainment issues, especially on CDA.
6. Coordinate efforts of functional specialists to identify requirements and develop plans and schedules to meet them on time.
7. Perform clerical, administrative, and office operations support.
8. Provide logistics analysis for key metrics like supply, reliability, and maintainability, and present findings in reviews.
9. Assist in planning, evaluating, and implementing acquisition and sustainment strategies per DoD 5000.2 guidance.
10. Develop program management documentation for all acquisition and sustainment phases.
11. Create briefings for acquisition milestones and sustainment planning.
12. Develop Business Case Analyses, Trade Studies, and other acquisition documents and briefings as required.
13. Provide logistics inputs to RFPs, including system specifications, SOWs, and CDRLs.
14. Assist in developing program estimates, financial reports, and related analyses.
15. Create logistics planning documents like LCSPs, deployment plans, ILSPs, and support plans, employing state-of-the-art data analysis tools.
16. Support system technical trade studies and integration efforts, including aircraft integration if applicable.
17. Provide independent analysis of system readiness and risk management.
18. Support T&E strategies, including test team charters and TEMP development.
19. Assist in developing and updating requirements documentation like ICDs, CDDs, and CPDs, including risk assessments.
20. Employ CBA data visualization tools for gap analysis and requirements tracking.
21. Support development of NR-KPP, ISP, IASP, PPP, and architecture views per DoD frameworks.
22. Assist in developing initial planning products, reports, and briefings on system status and future capabilities.
23. Support source selection tasks, including evaluation criteria development and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 12 years of related experience, including 5 in the DoD.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DoD systems acquisition principles, policies, and practices as outlined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75.
