Senior Logistics Manager

Job Locations: US-MA-Bedford, Hanscom AFB

Position Summary: Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). This role involves managing logistics for the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the USAF and allies. The position is based at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities

• Determine and correlate requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services with program plans.
• Work with support managers to maintain comprehensive support plans, including coordination with sister and coalition services.
• Create maintenance and lifecycle logistics plans for product transitions.
• Identify and address sustainment issues.
• Manage and adjust plans and schedules to meet requirements on time.
• Perform clerical and office operations support.
• Provide analytical support for logistics metrics in reviews.
• Assist in planning, evaluating, and implementing acquisition and sustainment strategies.
• Create management documentation for all phases of acquisition and sustainment.
• Develop briefings for acquisition milestones and planning.
• Perform business case analyses and related studies.
• Contribute logistics inputs for RFPs, including specifications and SOWs.
• Assist with financial studies, reports, and estimates.
• Develop logistics plans and documents ensuring asset visibility and schedule integration.
• Provide logistics inputs to RFPs, including specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Develop logistics planning documents such as LCSPs, deployment plans, ILSPs, and DMS plans.

Qualifications

Citizenship: US citizen

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience, 5 in DoD
• Knowledge of DoD systems acquisition principles per DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in engineering and 8 years of related experience, including 3 in DoD
