Job summary
Screen Innovations in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to serve as a senior hands-on resource for our logistics and warehouse teams. You will coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities on-site, while supporting multiple product lines including screens and shades.
You will mentor Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates, ensure timely orders and shipments, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of logistics experience, including senior- or lead-level operational experience.
- Experience coordinating operational activities in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, shipping software, or related logistics technologies.
- Ability to mentor and support team members.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics: shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and outbound shipments.
- Support carrier scheduling and shipment coordination.
- Monitor workflows to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
- Support fulfillment activities and warehouse operations.
- Assist with loading/unloading and material movement.
- Mentor and support Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates.
- Reinforce procedures and safety requirements.
- Provide timely, service-oriented responses to internal stakeholders.
