Job summary

Screen Innovations is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead our on-site logistics and warehouse teams, coordinating shipping, receiving, and fulfillment for multiple product lines including screens and window shades. You will supervise Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates, ensure safety, maintain records, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Austin.

This role reports to the Director of Logistics & Warehousing and requires strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years logistics experience, with 2+ years supervisory.
• Experience with international shipments and freight documentation.
• Experience using ERP/WMS and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities.
• Oversee on-site warehouse operations and material movement.
• Train and coach Logistics Coordinators and Warehouse Associates.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and safety compliance.
