Job summary

Lightship Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to own both warehouse and logistics as a single system on the factory floor in Colorado.

You’ll lead a small team, work daily on receiving, put-away, kitting, and line-side material moves, and partner with production leadership to align priorities. The role requires 4+ years in warehouse/logistics, hands-on floor leadership, and strong ERP reporting skills, with experience in freight coordination and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse operations or logistics in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
• 2+ years leading an operational team or crew with scheduling, training and direction.
• Hands-on orientation and ability to work on the floor alongside the team.
• Direct experience coordinating inbound or outbound freight with carriers or 3PL.
• Inventory discipline with cycle counts and root-cause fixes in ERP.
• Cross-functional partnership with production or operations leadership.
• ERP fluency and comfort building reports and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the warehouse team, hire onboarding and performance management.
• Own receiving and put-away, ensuring same-day location and PO accuracy.
• Drive line-side material flow with kitting and staging for assembly lines.
• Maintain inventory integrity with cycle counts and ERP alignment.
• Champion safety and equipment readiness; enforce forklift and PPE protocols.
