Qualifications

• 2-5 years in transportation, logistics, broker operations, or customer execution preferred.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of customer communication and issue resolution.
• Experience quoting freight and supporting bid opportunities is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee operational execution for assigned customers, lanes, projects, or support areas with minimal oversight.
• Ensure customer orders, appointments, tracking updates, portal activity, and service communication are accurate and timely.
• Proactively identify service risk and communicate recovery plans to Account Managers, Operations, Carrier Sales, and leadership.
• Support customer needs with clear communication, strong follow-through, and practical problem-solving.
• Quote customer freight with independence and balance service, market conditions, and profitability.
• Assist with pricing strategy, lane reviews, and RFP support as needed.
