Qualifications

• Understanding of DOT, EPA, ICC and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to compile production and service records.
• Experience in evaluating personnel performance and initiating corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Compile and measure production and service records.
• Inspect and measure performance of personnel.
• Review logs and confer with shift personnel for scheduling.
• Maintain communication with external and internal customers.
• Assist with training and evaluating service center personnel.
• Recruit, qualify, and train service center personnel.
