Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Professional supply chain certification (ASCM/APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to meet operational needs.
• Lead daily logistics operations and support team members.
• Manage transportation planning, shipment execution, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Oversee import/export activities including customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, warehouses and 3PLs.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, lead times, freight costs, and inventory flow.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management.
