Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr. Logistics Analyst to manage strategies supporting guest delivery experience, sales, and profitability.

You will monitor supply chain performance, analyze data, and collaborate with operations, product, safety, and legal teams while driving change with carriers to improve efficiency. The role supports daily operations across sortation centers and stores, with travel up to 25%, and a hybrid work arrangement based on needs.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years operational management experience.
• Experience influencing upwards and presenting to leadership (Director, Senior Director, VP levels).
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
• Can make decisions with little to no guidance from manager or other leaders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategies that support guest delivery experience, sales and profitability objectives.
• Monitor supply chain performance using data and metrics and perform complex data analysis.
