Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Logistics Manager in New York to oversee order management, allocation, and shipping operations across wholesale/retail channels. You will collaborate with Sales, Inventory Planning, retail accounts, and 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment and reduce bottlenecks.

Responsibilities include auditing orders, building allocation plans, and managing routing for FTL/LTL and DTC. The role requires strong ERP/WMS/TMS skills, advanced Excel, and a proactive, ownership-driven

Qualifications

• Experience with ranked retail partners and vendor compliance workflows.
• Strong ability to direct and hold 3PL/DC partners accountable.
• Excel and data analysis skills to drive operations efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Audit sales orders post-entry and resolve issues with Sales, DC, and customers.
• Build allocation plans against inbound receipts and ship windows.
• Flag over- and under-allocated positions and bring corrective options forward.
• Manage routing for assigned accounts and all pre-paid FTL, LTL, and DTC routings.
• Own the day-to-day 3PL/DC relationship, ensuring service, cost, and on-time performance.
• Coordinate VAS projects such as relabeling and rehandling.
