Job summary

IL MAKIAGE in New York is seeking a Manager to lead the Operations & Logistics team. You will own day-to-day execution across a global logistics network, work with warehouses and carriers to ensure accurate, on-time shipments, and support month-end close with finance and supply chain.

The role requires ownership, independence, and a bias to action within a fast-paced DTC environment, coordinating with multiple teams and external partners to drive improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and data tooling for reporting and tracking.
• Experience coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams.
• Experience in a global logistics network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across IL MAKIAGE’s global logistics network, coordinating inventory movements.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders, and partners to ensure on-time execution.
• Manage shipment docs, GRs, WRs, ASNs, invoices and ERP transactions.
• Support import/export operations and trade compliance with internal/external experts.
• Own month-end activities with Finance and Supply Chain to reflect transactions and inventory movements.
