Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse, distribution, receiving and inventory control across multiple facilities. You will lead a team to ensure safe operations, meet quality and financial targets, and drive improvements in inventory, labor, and equipment performance.

You will partner with Alene Program Managers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation, while developing cost-saving strategies and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• 15+ years of manufacturing-related logistics experience.
• Experience negotiating with vendors for services such as air freight, trucking and freight forwarders.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, distribution, receiving and inventory control across multiple facilities.
• Lead staff to ensure safe, compliant operations and meet quality and financial goals.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and equipment performance with KPI-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with program managers and customers to ensure contractual delivery and payment documentation.
• Develop and implement safety programs with EHS and HR teams.
• Improve cost efficiency through vendor relations and logistics optimization.
