Job summary
Alene Candles is seeking a Senior Automation & Manufacturing Engineer to lead site manufacturing technology, capital project execution, and new product commercialization at the New Albany facility. You will coordinate with customers, Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and external vendors to implement equipment and process solutions that support growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with capital implementation projects.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manufacturing technology strategies to improve productivity and quality.
- Identify and implement automated equipment, robotics, and control systems.
- Lead capital projects from scope to implementation and validation.
- Partner with Operations to improve reliability, uptime, and OEE.
- Establish equipment standards and best practices across facilities.
- Prepare ROI analyses for process improvements and automation.
- Lead FAT/SAT and startup activities for new production lines.
