Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a detail‑oriented inventory/labeling associate to manage label stock, bin locations, and batch tracking. You will issue materials using IFS, stage labels per work orders, and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.

The role requires basic math, data entry proficiency, and strong communication with line leaders. Training on ShopVue and ERP processes will be provided; physical duties include lifting and standing as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials to orders using the IFS ERP system.
• Stage and issue labels per work orders and reconcile components.
• Perform cycle counts and assist finance with balance adjustments.
• Enter transactions accurately in IFS and ShopVue updates.
• Prepare carton labels and ensure traceability of batches.
• Handle label components and maintain bin locations.
