Job summary

Alene Candles is seeking a Senior Automation and Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing technology, capital projects, and new product commercialization at the New Albany site. You will serve as the primary engineering liaison across departments and vendors to ensure successful product launches and capability enhancements.

The role drives equipment automation, material handling, and process solutions to support long-term growth, with accountability for ROI, OEE, and reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with capital implementation projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing technology strategies to improve productivity, quality, safety, and performance.
• Identify and implement automated equipment, robotics, vision systems, and control systems.
• Lead capital projects from scoping to commissioning and validation.
