Job summary

Safran Cabin in Carson, California is seeking a Manager, Logistics to lead daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound material flow, warehousing, and cycle counts. You will drive KPI performance, improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and planning teams.

You will develop procedures, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies while reducing freight costs year over year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving operations.
• 2-5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience analyzing inventory and making adjustments to reduce cash while maintaining customer service.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics functions and track performance against KPIs.
• Oversee inbound/outbound material flow, storage, and put-away processes.
