Job summary

Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch in Anaheim, CA seeks a Manufacturing Logistics Manager to lead receiving, stockroom, inventory control, and shipping operations. You will drive strategies to optimize material flow, implement improvements, and ensure safety and quality across the logistics network.

You will manage budgets, mentor team leads, collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and engineering, and deliver on KPIs to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience improving safety, quality, delivery, and inventory accuracy.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all manufacturing logistics operations.
• Lead and develop team leads and logistics personnel.
• Establish and execute logistics strategies optimizing material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning and Engineering teams.
• Own KPIs related to throughput, inventory accuracy, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis and lean principles.
• Develop workforce planning including staffing and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, QMS, SOPs, and company policies.
• Lead investigations of operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage department budgets and capital initiatives.
• Monitor logistics network performance and warehouse utilization.
• Champion a customer-focused culture fulfilling service and quality commitments.
