Job summary

Capstone is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the launch, transition, and stabilization of warehouse and distribution operations for a key client. You will execute new implementations, onboard operations, align labor and processes, and ensure safety, service, and financial targets are met.

The role serves as the on-site operational lead during startup and go-live, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver a smooth go-live and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environments.
• Experience supporting new site launches, transitions, or operational implementations.
• Strong project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing labor, budgets, and P&L interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new operations, service expansions, or operational transitions.
• Partner with clients to understand scope, expectations, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring operational readiness prior to go-live.
• Identify risks during transition phases and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the on-site operational lead during launch and stabilization periods.
