Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a General Manager II in the United States to lead operations across one or more distribution centers, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. With full P&L accountability, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives while building a high-performing leadership team.

You will champion data-driven decision making, optimize productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in logistics with 6+ years in progressive leadership roles and P&L ownership.
• Strong end-to-end warehouse operations knowledge and labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across one or more distribution centers.
• Manage full P&L accountability with budgeting, forecasting, variance control, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Set and monitor KPIs; use data to drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance, training, and regulatory adherence.
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.
• Develop leadership teams through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
• Partner with HR to recruit, retain, and engage top talent; promote morale and inclusion.
• Align teams with business goals and manage KPIs, contracts, and objectives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with potential regional impact.
• Foster employee engagement through forums, events, and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with procurement, scheduling, and facilities to support operations.
