RealREPP is seeking a Logistics Director to oversee a new MEP fabrication site. The role leads a team and drives efficiency in a high-volume environment, focusing on safety, accuracy, and performance.

The ideal candidate will optimize logistics operations, manage local and international inbound shipments, and partner with operations for continuous improvement. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

• Must optimize operations and drive safety, accuracy, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle traffic and all shipments in and out of the facility, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage local logistics movements between on-campus and off-site facilities.
• Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and unionized logistics personnel, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Drive process efficiency and innovation across all logistics activities.
• Evaluate vendor and carrier performance and provide actionable feedback to optimize service quality.
• Partner with operations teams to manage inbound shipments from international suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, compliance requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and data tracking related to logistics operations.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles, trailers, and logistics assets to ensure reliability and compliance.
