Job summary

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national building systems expert to hire a Logistics Manager in Brandywine, MD. The role oversees logistics at a new MEP fabrication site, leading a team and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate excels at optimizing operations, managing people, and upholding safety, accuracy, and performance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics experience with team leadership.
• Experience managing unionized or similar workforce is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle traffic and all shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage local logistics movements between on-campus and off-site facilities.
• Lead and develop Supervisors and unionized personnel for excellence.
• Drive process efficiency and innovation across logistics activities.
• Evaluate vendor and carrier performance for service quality.
• Partner with operations to manage inbound shipments from international suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, compliance, and standards.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and data tracking for logistics.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles and logistics assets.
