Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Shipping/Receiving, Logistics, or Inventory management in manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify missing parts or incomplete orders, shipments or kits and elevate as necessary to ensure ship dates are not missed.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Schedule trucks and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs; track shipments and resolve delays.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices; maintain records of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Operate forklifts and move materials within the facility.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams; report on shipping performance and costs.
